• Delivery times may vary due to remote locations, courier delays, or unexpected circumstances. 

• In case of natural disasters, strikes, service interruptions, or acts of god, customers will be informed of any delays using their registered contact information. 

3. SHIPPING CHARGES 

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at the checkout stage before payment is completed.

4. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

• Atah Enterprises is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the customer. 

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist in resolution efforts where possible.
