Refund Policy

Atah Enterprises values customer satisfaction and works to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before you make a purchase. 

1. ORDER CANCELLATION 

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not been shipped. 

• We will not process cancellation requests made after shipping. 

• To cancel an order, please email us at atahenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. 

• Atah Enterprises can reject cancellation requests if the product has already been shipped. 

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS 

We only accept returns and issue refunds under these conditions: 

• The product you received is damaged or defective. 

• You must inform us of the issue within 2 days of delivery. Please provide clear images and a description of the problem. 

• Email your request to atahenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. 

• All return claims are subject to review. Atah Enterprises can approve or decline refund requests based on the evidence you provide. 

3. REFUND PROCESS 

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. 

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. 

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or contact details, shipping fees will not be refunded. 

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

• For hygiene reasons, used resistance bands cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• Products that show signs of wear, tampering, or use will not be eligible for a return or refund.
